Oh the dilemma she might be faced with if hubby Guy asks her to star in his new directorial work for promotion adds for the "Just Do It" brand. Then again, he's getting a reported seven figure salary for this latest venture, making it worth it just for that alone. And this might be some smart advertising, Madonna is a very avid runner and in fact she just splurged on the house next door to turn it into a home gym.
